  • The cancellation policy is strictly followed and all cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Cancellations before 120 days of the conference start date will receive a full refund, less a $200 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations before 90 days of the conference start date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations below 90 days are non-refundable and can only be transferred to the next edition.
  • Discounted registrations can only be transferred to the next edition or opted for Credit Shell.
  • Refunds will be processed within 60 days of cancellation notification.

All accommodations booked through us are refundable based on the hotel cancellation and refund policy.

Any discounted accommodations will not be refunded and can only be transferred to the next edition.

For any individual attendee unable to confirm travel due to restrictions, refunds cannot be made and registrations can only be transferred to the virtual/online category.

For accommodations, refunds may apply as per the hotel’s cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY IN THE EVENTS OF NATURAL DISASTERS OR UNPREDICTABLE ACTIVITY ↓

Organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, or hostilities.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the conference in case of any natural disasters, calamities, or terrorist activity. In this case, the organizer cannot accept refund requests from the conference delegates, speakers, or attendees that result from canceled flights and or natural disasters, calamities, or terrorist activity. The organizer will provide an opportunity for the registered delegates and attendees to transfer their registration fees and accommodation charges to any future or related conferences.

The organizer will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference.

How to submit an Abstract? +

Upload your abstract on the Abstract Submission page or send your abstract via email. Please ensure the abstract follows the required format available on our submission page.

Where do I go to submit an abstract? +

You may submit proposals online via the Abstract Submission Portal or directly email the conference Program Manager.

May I submit more than one proposal? +

Yes, you may submit more than one proposal and participate in multiple sessions. However, you may not present more than two papers during the conference.

Do you have any template for paper submission? +

Yes, a template for abstract submission is available. Please download it from the Abstract Submission Page.

How much time will be given for an oral presenter? +

Each oral presenter will have 20–25 minutes for the presentation, including the Q&A session.
